A quick and easy DIY project that you can do with a printed photo is to link it to a digital source using a Tap Source Decal.
You can do this to enhance your personal memorabilia like photo frames, scrapbooks and albums or create a personalized gift.
You will need:
- A printed photo
- One Tap Source Decal
Step 1: Gather your materials and take your photo and flip it over to the back
Step 2: Plan an area where you would prefer to tap on your photo
TIP: Holding the photo up to a light can help you see areas that would be good spots to tap with your device. Where you affix your Tap Source Decal isn't much of a factor for smaller photos.
Step 3: Peel the backing off your Tap Source Decal and affix it where you planned
Step 4: Flip your photo over and if you pre-programmed your Tap Source Decal when you placed your order, you can tap your device and test it for functionality.
NOTE: The photo can NOT touch metal for it be functional!
If you ordered your Tap Source Decal BLANK, ensure your downloaded NFC Tools on your device. Launch the app, and use "How to program NFC" as a guide to program your Decal.
Don't forget to test your Tap Source Decal if you have successfully programmed your own.
You photo is ready to be finished with a photo frame or inserted into a scrapbook or album!
Tap Source can not guarantee results if your Decal has been altered or severed, or if it has undegone a secondary process i.e laminating
